YSR Congress Party chief Jagan Mohan Reddy toured in Krosuru of Guntur district as part of his Odarpu yatra. Addressing a road show during the yatra, Jagan Mohan lashed out against Congress and Telugu Desam Parties for maligning the name of former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy. Addressing a huge gathering at Dodleru village, Jagan said that the Congress and TDP are working relenlessly to malign the image of Rajasekhara Reddy, when infact nothing wrong was found on his part. He said that it is because of YSR that the Congress came into power in 2004 and 2009 and they should be indebted to him.
Jagan said that the Telugu Desam Party's secret understanding with the Government was exposed when they moved the no-confidence motion only after the Praja Rajyam Party lent the ruling party support. Meanwhile, YSRCP's Ambati Rambabu criticized Chiranjeevi saying that the Praja Rajyam Party founder wanted to get into power and that is the only reason why he merged the PRP with the Congress party. He also said that both the Government and the Praja Rajyam Parties are not interested in the Endowments department as it did not have much income.
