YSR Congress Party ready for by elections
Guntur
YSR Congress Party president Jagan Mohan Reddy said that his MLAs are ready to face the bye-elections in the state. On the 39th day of his Odarpu Yatra in Guntur district, Jagan Mohan Reddy has toured extensively in Pattipadu constituency. Addressing a huge gathering, Jagan Mohan said that he knew that the no-confidence motion is just a political game by the Congress and the Telugu Desam Parties. However, he decided to support the no-trust move because the current situation of the farmers and the poor in the State is so pathetic. Jagan said that he left the Odarpu Yatra in the middle to meet with the MLAs supporting him and told them to stand by the people. He praised the morality of the MLAs who supported him and said that they stood by the values unlike their counterparts in the ruling and opposition parties.
Jagan said that the upcoming bye-elections will be a historic moment. The election will give a chance to them to get the attention of the Congress high command on the problems faced by farmers in the state. He said that he doesn't know politics and all he knows is to serve the people to the best of his ability. He also criticized the Telugu Desam Party for waiting till now to move the no-trust motion. Had Chandrababu Naidu moved the no-confidence motion six months ago, the Government wouldn't have survived as the Praja Rajyam Party didn't merge with Congress then. The YSR Congress Party chief alleged that the Congress and Telugu Desam Parties conspired to make the count of MLAs supporting him to single digit. Jagan has unveiled 14 YSR statues on the 39th day of the Odarpu Yatra.
